  1. If their calculation is based on this: $39.95 / 30 days = $1,3/day for 1 premium subscriber as Groomy said, it makes sense to me and shows that VH will never be in a losing situation.
  2. 1000 subscribers a day was just an example. I don't know the average of visits an apt receives a day.
  3. Well, i hope that your comment is not in itself an assumption. I guess Groomy knows more about VH than we do and i based my calculation on his calculation and that make sense, i believe.
  4. @Lexy&Pete said recently: "And BTW Lisa&Grant are hesitating to move to this apartment right now because of many reasons!" Em is back (with Sid. What a surprise!) today and Lisa is gone (again) until wednesday. Maybe this movement is related to what they said.
  5. $39.95 / 30 days = $1,3/day for 1 premium subscriber. This means, it doesn't matter how many times a subscriber visits the same apt in 24 hours. The amount of money he brings to the apt that day stays the same: $1,3. If 1000 subscribers visit an apt a day, the apt receives 1000 x 1,3 = $130 that day.
  6. As soon as Misty is back, Lisa is gone until wednesday. Looks like the A&A tenants don't want to stay in their apts any longer.
  7. An empty apt has never generated lots of views and i guess this place is not an exception.
  8. Three Anna & Alex's apartments are empty for a while now: Misty Em / Lexy & Pete Candy & Dean
  9. They said the same thing when they announced that Kyle had left.
  10. It would be financially a good solution for Anna and Alex. If they want to keep this place and knowing that neither Lisa's place nor this place generate enough views, putting Lisa / Grant here and closing their apt would mean paying one rent instead of two. Meaning less money to spend. Of course there's a downside to that for the tenants: less money to earn.
  11. I'm so sorry @Lexy&Pete and i regret using the word "Trust". Like you said things are changing very fast. It's not your fault. Like i said in one of my earlier post, Anna and Alex are the managers and they are the people who make the decisions. If they say one thing and they do something else, they are the ones to blame not the tenants. I hope you have a nice day. See you soon.
  12. I think Anna is like a handbrake to Alex. Without her, i guess Lisa, Em, Sid would've already left.
  13. Yes, that's true. And the question is why. He still acting like someone who's part of the project. Maybe we'll know the answer in the coming days.
  14. I trust Groomy more than L/P. They said lots of things that didn't happen.
  15. Em and Sid are not to blame. They are not the people who decide if they have to stay or leave. They still there because their managers are ok with them being there. About Sid, i remind people that he came back on tuesday. The same day Lisa and Grant came back, the same day Kyle came back, the same day Misty came back. Is that a coincidence? I don't think so. The day Sid "left", he had a backpack and looked more like someone who was taking some days off than a guy who was leaving for good. For me, he has never left. About Em, what i understood from Groomy when he said Em had a test until 10-11 may, is that he was talking about a school test (maybe i'm wrong) and not about a probation or an ultimatum for Em.
  16. True. But when you are doing the same thing over and over again, people at some point will get bored.
  17. Looks like Misty has disappeared. Is she still a member of VH? Maybe not for long anymore.
  18. I don't know why they chose to show the graphics. They could have chosen to show the timeline only.
  19. I showed caps of Lisa looking at her stats. Some of these stats look like those on the timeline. They seem to show general stats, and stats per cam.
  20. You are right. I saw Lisa more than once after consulting her stats, started to be more active or looked dissatisfied.
