I believe it's not a coincidence that Zack is back after Anna and Alex spend a few days here two weeks a go. I would not be surprised if he opens new apartments soon.

Any law can be interpreted differently. For example VH says "People you see online are not actors/porn actors, instead they are real people living their daily routine - work, fitness, parties, sex. I was thinking about that possibility. The only apt that was caught was anjelica/claus apt. I believe the other were shut down to prevent any problem.
