Yes you are correct. the default in Chrome is probably to not run Flash but you can set it in the settings so it will ask you if you want to allow it. Having said that mine is set to ask first but it still runs flash without asking lol. And yes,RLC is still running flash god knows why but flash will cease to run the end of 2020, ie become extinct.

Yeah well thats down to the browser policy not Flash. Has been for a while now.
