Eliminate managers and you would have an immediate increase in pay for the tennants which would perhaps encourage better performance as you put it. However humans are not machines so to expect 24/7 sex is just unrealistic which is what so many subscribers seem to be wanting now. An increase in subscriptions would perhaps sound the death knell for the whole project as so many are not prepared to pay what they charge now let alone increasing them.

Am trying to stop using chrome as it is not all that its cracked up to be, others are much lighter on resources. It is very difficult as one gets chrome fixed in your head as being the bees knees when it ain't. I still often open chrome just by habit lol. Even Edge now is vastly improved even though it is basically running on the chrome system. Think Google are believing too much of their own hype recently.

Whilst ram is important a major help is to have a separate video card which helps very much with the ram problem and graphics. So many just use the onboard graphics which takes a lot of ram away from the main ram. Just a thought anyway. I have one with and another without a card and the difference is very noticeable.
