I think he means when they contact RLC Support they are Mute most times and won't respond back when issues are reported. If they do respond all they send is something Copied & Pasted from a Text File.

We have Tax Breaks in Canada as well but it will only last for so long before Government Greed will come and take it all back. The Rich will keep getting Richer and the Poor to Middle class will suck the hind tit once again.

Tax Breaks are always good to put more money in the pockets of the Citizens but over time Governments will find away to get those breaks back. Tax Breaks are not a Lifetime endeavour. Whoever the next president after Trump is will likely Undo whatever Trump Created.
