New York's attorney general says President Donald Trump's foundation served as a personal piggy bank for his businesses, legal bills and presidential campaign. Democratic Attorney General Barbara Underwood filed a lawsuit Thursday against the foundation and its directors, Trump and his children Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump. The suit seeks $2.8 million in restitution and the dissolution of the foundation. Underwood says the foundation illegally helped support the Republican's campaign by raising money at a nationally televised fundraiser in January 2016, then allowing campaign staffers to dictate how the money was spent in grants.

RLC scans the Forums of every Topic that pertains to their Content of whether that be in the form of Text, Pictures and Videos many times a day. They will never Respond to a Comment as they are Mute and don't want to give their Identity away.. At times some Tenants have been known to respond to Comments but if RLC picks up who they are the Tenant(s) gets Reprimanded by RLC and tells the Tenants to Remove their Account and any Postings made. If the Tenant refuses then RLC shuts the Feed Down to that Apartment until Compliance has been followed.

RLC has checked all Topics that Pertain to their Content ever since the Cam Caps Forum began. The DMCA only comes into play when RLC Orders a Takedown then the DMCA will send the Notice to the Server. The DMCA does not Scan or Crawl the Forums they are solely for when Orders are placed for DMCA Takedown only. RLC and the DMCA are Two Separate Entities. Just to show how far RLC goes they can even get a DMCA Order to have the Picture Removed from a Member's Avatar if it contains an Image of any of their Tenants Past or Present. This has been a long ongoing thing for a very long time. Nobody has beaten RLC at their game yet.

You put any type of a File in a RLC Picture or Video Topic and they will jump on it regardless of what the Title says. Operators of Servers do not check the Files Validity. All they Receive is a DMCA Notice with a bunch of Links and they'll remove each one regardless of Content. Server Operators don't have time to check each file Individually. We also check the files to make sure the Content Complies with the Topic Posted in. If something does not comply with the Topic then we'll remove the Link as it would appear to be Off Topic.
