Where I am at Leora is 11 Hours time difference. It will soon be 12 Hours on November 5th. Russia doesn't have Daylight Savings Time so their time will always remains the same 24/7. They stopped DST in 2011 for their Territory. Daylight Savings Time is actually useless and should be stopped. There's no Benefit from moving your clocks ahead 1 hour in Spring and back 1 Hour in Fall.

When Videos are upload to a Third Party Host Site they are either Removed by a DMCA Takedown Order or the Server has Removed the File. If the Video was Posted using Zippy Share or SendVid it was most likely DMCA Removed. If the Video was uploaded using mab.to (myairbridge) then it only has a Life of 48 Hours on their Servers.
