They get both. You uploaded the Video they'll blacklist your IP Address and if the person who gave it to you has a RLC Account the Watermarking's will tell RLC who the Account Holder is. I have even seen on occasion Members get Banned and not even share a Picture or Video. All they did was quote the Uploaders Post.

The Apartment is all Premium with No Free Cams. Chances of any Videos placed is Slim and next to none. No one is going to put their RLC Account at Risk over posting a Video. One tried at the start of this Topic and RLC cut them down quite fast. They lost their RLC Account and any Monies that was Paid for the Account. An expensive lesson to learn. That's why it's best to Read the Sites Terms of Service before posting any material. Ones that post from the Free Cams likely don't have a RLC Account to lose so all that happens to them is RLC Blacklists their IP Address which will render their site inoperable to the IP address used. IP addresses are simple to change so they are not away from RLC for very long.

There are some RLC Tenants do read the Forums. Nothing can be done about that. There is the odd Tenant here and there that has responded to some Posts made regarding them but if RLC see's it they will have the Tenant Terminate their Account. If they do not Comply and Terminate the Account then RLC will shut their Cam Feed down until such Accounts have been Terminated. There is the odd Tenant that skips under RLC's Radar and goes undetected. Other Apartment Sites do not seem to have a Policy in Regards to their Tenants Participation in the Forum Boards.

It is fine to disagree with another's opinion or to critique the action of the tenants, but do so in constructive ways using Socially Acceptable Language is all that's asked. Certain Terms used cause issues and generate reports on the Forum. When that happens then those issues have to be dealt with. This was being done long before VHTV joined the Cam Caps Forum. If it applies to one part of the Forum then it applies to all Apartment Boards no matter what Site they are Hosted on. What's deemed as Acceptable and Not Acceptable is done on many Sites across the Internet, it's not done on just Cam Caps alone. We try our best to keep everything running as smoothly as it possibly can. Maybe there are some posters that don't agree with how we do certain things but I say if they step into the Moderators shoes for a week and actually see what goes on they just may have a different outlook as to how they approach things.

Censorship is done on many stages where comments get made in Public Domain, Not just on Forums alone. We have Rules of the Forum which have been in place since Day One. They are very simple to follow. Those who wish to not abide by them, then wear your Warning Points with Pride.

The same thing is done over at RLC as well. Certain words get mentioned and it turns into a bunch of Reports and a lot of unnecessary garble in the Topics. When the ship is upright it runs smoothly. When it becomes unbalanced then it's find a solution and get it balanced again.
