    There are some Sites that have Adult Verification to Prove the Surfer is 18 or Older. They ask for a Credit Card. This is a chance for Porn Sites to get Rich. Verify the Surfer is 18 or Older than Charge a $2 Fee to the Credit Card for each Verification.

    I have no idea. Never heard of it until now. There's always the use of Virtual Private Networking (VPN) Software and there are many for Free Use which will display a persons ISP as if they are from another Country besides where they reside. So the VPN will over ride the Age Verification where No ID is needed. There are many ISP's in Britain and many just don't have the Time nor Resources available so have people watching what others view Online.
