    I use Internet Download Manager and my speed were about 1.5MBPS. The Download took about 15 Minutes.

    The New Guy wasn't in the Apartment at the same time as Stepan. Each time Maya's BF came over Stepan was gone for the Weekend. I have never seen the two in the Apartment at the same time. It could be possible they have and I just never seen it as I don't follow the Apartments movements on a Daily Basis. Anyways Maya is Happy and that's all that matters.
