The whole thing is really simple: No danger --> No self-defence! The fact that the two policemen let a drunken man take them by surprise makes the whole event look even worse for the police.
-
As I understand it, a tazer is not considered a deadly weapon. The situation was not life-threatening and therefore there was no reason to kill the guy. It should also be noted that the police had frisked the guy before attempting his arrest. So they knew he only had the tazor and nothing else. My goodness, the man was drunk and ran away. No need to shoot anybody.
-
He was running awa and a tazer is not a deadly weapon.
-
Why not just arrest the guy normally without using weapons? The guy's not a danger and they have his car.

The assumption is that RLC make less money: Less viewers (the page view numbers go down almost constantly), lower Price (if they lose even more apartments, at some point they' re gonna have to give a Discount again). These shows are a bad joke.
-
These shitty shows are what ruins RLC. It lacks real life, genuine relationships, true fun. Simply letting more and more girls perform the same shit does not help. RLC should finally try to get some residents who really live in the apartments and don't need any Shows because they are actually interesting to watch. These show girls are so boring, you could just close RLC completely.
-
No, it's just sad. You can really observe how RLC is getting smaller and smaller. The residents move out, apartments get closed without opening new ones. And now even B5 has to help out in B4 to do silly shows. 😣

A very good summary. 😀👍

Eh, it should be obvious to everyone here that I'm no trump friend. I have a different opinion from him on almost every subject. I even think the space force is a ridiculous idea. 🤣
-
There is so much room between hate and sympathy. Let's put it this way, I look forward to Trump removal from office in november. 😀👍
-
No, I don't even hate Trump.
-
Again, the problem seems not to be as simple as you think. One of the major problems could be the extrem level of influence of police unions on disciplinary regulations.
-
Everyone but you and Trump is wrong and hates america. I get it. 🤣
-
I didn't cut anything here. The videos were created directly from the respective media on their Youtube channels. I also do not accept your allegation that I wanted to spread "ramp up hatred" towards american police. I rather believe that there is a system error. Questions such as the suitability of certain persons for police work (check against racism), the handling of complaints and the treatment of criminal offences by the police are obviously not sufficiently solved. Just take qualifey immunity as an example.
-
I'm not for abolishing the police. The idea of restricting police work to the essentials and using freed resources for prevention crime is, however, worthy of discussion. In general, it must be possible to prosecute police officers who have acted wrongly.
-
This whole thing is really a lot more complicated than you think. Many scales of behavior and many different levels of punishment. Not all of them required the intent to injure someone. Under normal circumstances (i.e. without injury and not over 65 years old) the result would probably a plea bargaining. But there was a critical injury and an attack on a specially protected group. BTW, Police officers also belong to one of this specially protected group.
-
It's obviously not that simple. Whether a policeman or not, even for a decorated veteran there are laws that must be considered:
-
Do you have a specific question?
-
Please, look at this case. I'm curious about your opinion. @Ridgerunner I would also be very interested to hear your opinion on this case.
-
Seriously, that attack could have been fatal. Furthermore, the protests are predominantly peaceful. Do you really want the police to respond to the violence of a few with violence against peaceful protesters?
-
What fools they must be. The protests are against police brutality. How about just talking to the old man? If necessary, arrest him, but to assult him. Very, very stupid. The legal situation here even sees a special case, since the victim was over 65 years old and there was an age difference of more than 10 years. "If convicted of the felony assault charge, they face up to seven years in prison.": Prosecutor: 2 Buffalo police charged with assault in shoving - ABC News ABCNEWS.GO.COM Prosecutors say two Buffalo police officers have been charged with assault after a video showed them shoving a 75-year-old protester
