    Nice grab, refazer. It appears it is the same protein in both dishes - their favorite sausage sliced up into bite-size bits - but Plate #1 (on the right) appears to be common macaroni with no sauce, and Plate #2 (on the left) appears to be an orecchiette or even couscous? Hell, to me they look like black-eyed peas, which are actually a good luck legume. I have to take some time to replay this on the timeline to catch it all.

    Kira and Nina should count themselves lucky that Butch and Sundance are happily snoozing on the bed during reading time. Whenever I lay in bed to read, someone ALWAYS gets either in my face or on my book. I guess Russian cats have more respect for literature. MY cats could learn a thing or two from them! 🙄 😐

    DST here in America, and for those countries around the world that practice it. Personally, I think it's bullshit, there is NO need for DST anymore, and it should be abolished! Nevertheless, don't forget to set your cocks BACK one hour. And most important, change the batteries - not just 'check' - but CHANGE the batteries in your smoke and CO detectors!! Just a friendly PSA for my spooky Halloween friends. BOO! 👻 Happy Halloween to all!

    They need some music up in this soiree! Kira needs to break out the Crosley and her birthday albums. So far it's just been a noshing and make-up party.

    The more important thing is - Kira is playing drums again. And like a boss ass bitch. She is happy and takes out her frustrations this way. I suspect there could be romantic interludes with Nina very soon, to satisfy The Kid's needs LOL. Masha y Lex did a great job kitty sitting. Everyone is still alive. Breakfast and Lunch were VERY happy to finally get to flutter around (annoying Kira at work). And finally, things are back to normal... 🥰

    It's a practice-level drum kit, yet with all the essentials for a serious drummer to train. Kira has been out of practice since she sold her better set back at the Masha/Lex apt (a sad day). However, you can tell tonight that she still got her groove. Plus you have to take into consideration they are in a smaller apartment with closer neighbors. Can't be beating off professionally without some complaints. Ha.

    Part 2: Kira working her drums. You can tell she is enjoying being able to beat off again 😁 (that's a joke, folks). She needs a higher stool. Look at the expression on her beautiful face, so happy. OOPS! Something broke off! No problem, quick fix, and back to business, and time to get serious! RIP that shirt off baby girl!! 😍

    Thanks, @refazer I got to check out the timeline when I got home and find these special moments. Part 1: Nina singing Shallow Then she really kicks it in at the chorus. She doesn't quite have the range of Gaga, but I will blame that on poor bedroom acoustics and cam microphones. If she was on a real stage, she would probably nail it.

    I think it was brilliant strategy on the part of N&K to have M&L cat and bird sit in the apartment while they were on their mini-vacay. If I understand the VHTV rules correctly, an apartment must go "offline" if tenants will be away for 24+ hours, since obviously such apartment will not garner any views, and therefore no revenue for VHTV. Understandable business practice (despite some of us enjoying the cats that play while owners are away hahaha) and yet very shrewd of N&K to exploit that little loophole! Meanwhile, back at M&L place, Sandra and Dima are going at it, still garnering views - it's a win-win-win for everyone! Well played, N&K, well played!

    From what I've researched tonight, it seems to be a cultural place, very important Russian history. Then again, it is very close to the shores of the Black Sea, and Crimea, which are famous for their clothing optional beaches, most notably Koktebel. Still relatively warm there now, upper 70s and sunny. Perhaps they went there to work on their all-over tans before winter hits hard in Peter. It's a nice thought. 😉

    Oh DUCK! It's beautiful, isn't it? All of them destined for dinner tables everywhere around the world! Sooo delicious with an orange glaze and some couscous. There's a reason we're 3rd on the food chain.

    WAIT! I just realized something. Is this not the FIRST time a MALE with a PENIS has slept in Nina and Kira's BED - ever??? This is unprecedented!! This is history making!! 10-27-2020 mark it on your calendars!! They said 2020 was a fucked up year, but a MALE with a PENIS allowed to sleep in a GIRLS ONLY bedroom?? The times... they are a-changing. 😏 My guess - N&K BURN those sheets when they arrive home, to remove any stench of MALE PENIS. LOLOLOLOL (that's a joke, folks). It would be nice to see Masha with N or K or N&K, but we know that's just a pipe dream. *sigh* we are reduced to fantasies in our heads.

    WELL it appears our bird and kitty sitters have full access - Lex taking a much needed bath, and Butch tucking everyone in. I approve. Altho I would have preferred a certain someone else cat sitting, but... ehhh.

    I just noticed this amazing colorful painting in the background, it wasn't there before. It appears to be tropical lovebirds? Fitting to hang over Breakfast and Lunch. Well done, whoever painted it.

    Sooo happy Masha y Lex are birdy and kitty-sitting for Nina y Kira, so that the cams do not have to go dark while they are out for three days & nights on a mini-vacay. Masha y Lex appear to be doing quite well. Masha got hooked on the Oculus 3D in the hall, and Sundance warms up to Lex. I wonder if they will "christen" NyK's apartment, or take it back to their place? They are responsible adults, and I'm sure they probably know they are being watched by Nina y Kira - or are they? Who knows? So, best to act proper. (As a late addition, Masha sings the Kapitan song to the birds.)

    I typically roast a duck on our American Thanksgiving. Soooo much tastier than dry turkey, and much better gravy and giblets for the smashed redskin taters. Everyone comes to my compound for Thanksgiving, but it's probably because of my oyster stuffing. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and I know how to do it properly! #FOODGLORIOUSFOOD

    But was the argument really about assembling the drum set? I wasn't able to watch it all, but it seems a silly reason. No matter, it's assembled and working, and everyone is happy.

    Love the white duck plates - very apropos. I like the scalloped edges too. Oh, and there is a perfectly scalloped body in the background, in case you missed it 🙃
