The reason VH is not voyeurism anymore is because it crosses the threshold of who is getting served first. A voyeur steals a view, but on VH a tenant has to earn a view. In other words, when the tenants behavior crosses the line where the purpose of the behavior becomes to please the viewer for views it stops being voyeurism and starts to be a camwhore show.
