    A quick look on Google Maps puts that distance in pretty mountainous terrain, not far from the Mongolian border. There's nothing there that remotely looks like a town or city.

    Here's a thought, you buy a V8 and find it only runs on 7 cylinders, you take it back and the salesman tells you to fuck off because it still runs. I think the point is, you pay them for all 8 rooms, not just 7.

    There's software to bypass or detect passwords, then there is software to see who is using your Wi-Fi network and block them. If you know how to install software, which is anyone, then it can be done.
