That Rule has been in place before I even became a Member of this Forum. If you let it be discussed in one apartment then you have to do it with them all. Other Forums talk about it as they have different Rules as per what can be discussed After an Apartment closes down and moves to the Archives then you can discuss anything you want about them as they are no longer part of RLC.
