Clicks pay for the apartment and as long as Jeka is not loosing any money, there is no incentive to throw them out. I believe the only way to get rid of them is to ignore them. Depends if the manager it's changed also or not,even with this residents out and new ones in their places the house with the same manager would continue with an large part not filmed by cams,Probrably it's the house less filmed(by cams)of all VH.
