It looks like a formal report card or medical record type book and the contents were relevant to the letter she was writing. Having finished that Lisa has moved onto her book of memories/yearbook which previously has cheered her up no end. That combined with a bounce around to some of her favorite music seems to have lifted her mood. At first I wondered if she was playing the 'Always look on the bright side' track supplied by @Just In but turning the audio up it wasn't. I think that song would have cheered her up if she listened to it, it certainly cheered me up and I wasn't down. 1
