It could be the newly naked (Kitty, Eva etc.) are joining others (Nelly, Julia etc.) for whom nudity seems to be a natural and enjoyable state. Not talking about the Barcelona girls as I am sure their primary motivation is different, but for the couples' girls there may well be individual reasons.
