To what I can see of it it's not a PPC (Pay Per Click) Site.  The Videos are Free to Download until they get a DMCA Notice to Remove the Videos.

No, but it is one of those sites that open a million popups every time you click something and are not working with an adblocker. It's the most annoying kind. Personally I'm against posting those.

I'm not. Just stating a fact. The videos don't load with ABP, and when you disable there are like 5 popups before the video loads. You don't see me trying to make a buck out of it, and other people shouldn't as well. It's not like it's their original content.

I have a Pop Up Blocker which blocks the Pop Ups in Internet Explorer.

It's the only dependable Browser that Blocks everything.  I have tried other Browsers and Pop Ups still get through so I use what works best for myself.  It may not be the best Browser but it gets the job done.
