They seem to only be mildly interesting (from my point of view) when one of them has a mental breakdown. Their sex is terribly one sided. Nina (that's the blonde, right?) always receptive to what Kira does for her (sexually or otherwise). Kira, so insecure that nobody cares for her (or would care/love her), accepts that whatever she does for Nina, its rarely reciprocal. As a voyeur, for this apartment its about watching behavior.
