Probably because the definition of "voyeur" is as follows: "Voyeur, a person who gains sexual pleasure from watching others when they are naked or engaged in sexual activity" Inasmuch as the site is titled "Voyeur House TV". I don't think watching people clean house, eating dinner and or devoting 2-cams to same was what the majority signed up for.
