It is fair Jabbath because VHTV won't tell us what the rules are when it comes to the tenants and the cams. Until they do, it's pointless! All we can do is complain and hope. But, in this case what people want is a definition of what constitutes a No No when it comes to a guest covering the cams. But wait, they took the apt offline, so that in and of itself must mean that a guest covering the cams is a No No. I'm sorry, what is it that people are complaining about again? I guess it's nothing really. VH already took care of it per their rules. I guess people here are really complaining over nothing really. 

As for "the many improvements"! Maybe in the beginning, but I've had many, many very good suggestions and virtually all of them fell flat and VHTV has done nothing. Do remember how hard it was to get VHTV to fix the issue with the previews. It's like it takes a freaking monumental effort that most of the time isn't worth the time and effort. I figure why bother anymore! Even you can't get James to deal with stuff hardly anymore. There are many many posts on here where someone brings up some issue and you say that you'll talk to James about it only for nothing to happen whatsoever. Sorry, I'm not knocking you, but this idea that VH listens to it's members is a stretch.

I'm not so sure I would completely agree with that logic. True, VH and
the managers believe, mistakenly IMO, there is value in something
that people complain about. And, maybe, the more people complain
about something, the more value it has. Again, I believe that would be
faulty thinking on their part.

But, on the other side of the same coin, when a cam is covered,
blocked, moved or just falls off whatever it's attached to, no one is
making any money off that cam(s), especially VH who, as you said,
makes the most money. So, it would seem to be in everyone's best
interest to make absolutely sure that no cam gets covered, moved,
or blocked and that it's properly afixed to whatever it's attched to.

That way, it's a win, win, win, win solution. Everyone wins. VH, the
managers, the tenants and, the most important part of the equation,
the subs.

Unless a subscriber don't renew because covered/moved/just falls cams... VH don't loose any money with that (already got the 50% of subscription) and even get the money from the fines to tenants/managers ...  The managers/tenants lose money because people change to another house when that happen... The bad luck for that manager/tenant will be the good luck to other manager/tenant from other house

I feel it's an matter of trust and transmit an secure message for their clients,when smartasses cover cams or give us the middle finger and VH,managers do something and put them out that makes me feel wortwile as an user,and at least till now(more than an year user)in that regard VH was been correct in most situations.

You're right, it is a trust issue and on many different levels. For example,
when someone purchases this service from VH, they have an absolute
right to expect the service to be provided and available almost all the
time, maybe 98.5% of the time. It's called a good faith purchase. When
you make a purchase, the seller, in good faith, has an obligation to
provide exactly what was purchased and in a timely fashion, as long as
the buyer continues to pay for the service.
