The "head" still is A&L.. But almost all houses in Odessa have their "hand" on the business.. It needs an update for the last houses (Rosie and Romina updates also).. since the update present on the last page. Maybe create a section called "Apartments with Unknown Managers" or something like that and put them there until we know where they belong.
