I Whitney had a rental contract with the previous place, so he stayed there until the end of contact, but this new place is under P&C name. Just a guess, and love to wrong since I missed Whitney. I have a different view.. The speed they kick off tenants i doubt the rental contracts are in their names, more probable to be in the sub-managers name. My guess is that they no longer are at odessa (and probably not even at ukraine) or they would have been closed also immediately like all the others.
