The only time I really saw her enjoying herself was when she was visiting B3 and once Stella and Leo moved in that probably wasn't going to happen anymore. Then you have Daisy and Sera (The do nothing duo). Perhaps she just got fed up decided to leave. 1

But I believe Karina already thought of leaving after her one and only real friend in Amina left the project earlier. This environment is not for her I think.
