Also I think this apartment may be very near one of the nudist allowed beaches in Barcelona. It is a large beach where there is a section where nudism is allowed. So being nude is no big deal to many young people. Yes there is a nudist section in that beach but iirc, most parts of the beach people are still quite covered up or just some topless people lying around here and there. But I believe she zipped up when she was smoking outside so no one would actually see anything other than her legs and maybe panties which is obviously fine for a city like Barcelona.
