And here I am, getting out of bed at 2:30 in the morning just so I can avoid a lot of the 4 wheeler traffic.

Thanks @sturmchaser for that very interesting life of a trucker spiel. Have always envied you guys and the life you lead. Appreciate that at times it can be very tiring and draining but the things you see and the experiences you have must be amazing apart from the comradeship you all have with each other. I take my hat of to you for your skill as well and yes, I am often amazed here in the UK at the amount of women I see behind the wheel of many of the trucks on our roads. Appreciated your post very much, thanks.

My father was a Trucker for 44 Years.  Sit up high in a cab driving and see what everyone else does in their car while they drive.  He's seen a few girls diddling themselves while driving.  He just honks the horn and gives her the Thumbs Up and moves along.  I used to go on Summer Trips with him when School was out back in the Good Ole Days before entering Adulthood and began doing my own thing..
