Not sure about iphone, but if it's an android, you likely need a flash software app. Someone else with an android was having the same issue, until they ended up downloading a pay version of puffin web browser app if I'm not mistaken. I press one key to instantly and automatically get a full screen cap at the exact moment I press the key. There's no other intervention from me. It takes the shot and puts it in the folder I configured it to put it in. It's also very configurable. If you need it, it also comes with an editor/annotator, so you can add text, arrows, boxes, speech bubbles, obfuscate things you don't anyone to see, etc. I find it very easy to use. Puffins free version was tried first and would not work. I used Puffin a while ago (maybe a year back) on an iPad, free version, seemed to work fine. Essentially because Apple don't natively support flash you need a browser that comes with flash built in. Think there are other besides Puffin, not sure.
