They might had plans but Covid has put them on halt .. It is still not explained and difficult to understand why they didn’t take the successful couple apartments concept from Russia and expand it with more apartments in Rome ( or italy in general ) , Prague ( or Czech Republic in general ) or Spain ( not only Barcelona ) .. the only theory I have is the rent of the apartments , as in Russia it might have been much much cheaper or they were contracts with owners that are still valid and maybe RLC still pays for the Russian apartments .
