I will never understand it although I have been in the ISP business for over 20 years, why companies have the Internet as a business basis, often work without redundancy and/or take the cheapest providers.

I think it was more an issue at VHTV. I noticed at same time Diana and Sadie went online again...

If you want quality, you take Kyivstar (Ukrainian-name: Київстар).

If you want it cheap "lifcecell" (the company name is really English.)
