So if a company had planned to leave but decides not to leave Biden would give them tax breaks, but a company that never planned to leave would not receive tax breaks? That sounds like a typical fair and logical Democrat plan.😏

all companies would be encouraged to stay & in return would receive tax breaks based on saving jobs. companies sending jobs out of the country would be penalized. it's common sense.
