All this is why we need to teach our kids, how to behave and how to handle their emotion. INstead of trying to touch him, get close to him, get underhim... cry for 2 hours... prevent him from sleeping.

This is a master class of how NOT to handle relationship.

Yes. The voice of reason. She will learn to live without him. But she doesn't know a life without him. That is the problem.
