Guests boyfriend is being less possessive and so our black friend can take as much as he likes of her. Apartment definitely on my watch list now. BF even fucked her hard while he were trying to sleep- sort of taunting and showing off his GF with out including Markus. To Markus credit he was patient and polite. I think enough people complained how obvious the taunting was they finally gave in and let Markus be with his GF. They did communicate at the outset when Sunny told her she had had three men at one time. Either Sunny sees guest girl as a competitor or Sunny finds it difficult to engage with someone not as well versed with signing as herself. Rather than charge in rather late at night he could invite guest girl to a slow blow job or two, during the day when we can see what is happening.
