Sorry--but this BBC article sheds more unbias report on it.

A US couple gained instant notoriety for waving guns at protesters. What really happened that day?

However, a live stream from the front of the march shows that the first protesters walked through an intact gate that was being held open. Freelance photographer and University of Missouri journalism graduate student Daniel Shular told the BBC that the gate was unlocked when the first marchers entered. "People just walked up to it and opened the gate," he said, estimating he was the sixth person through. "It looked normal to me when I passed through."

It remains unclear at what point the gate was damaged, and by whom.

However , at the end of the article

Missouri's Attorney General Eric Schmitt also filed a legal brief in support of dismissing the case, writing that prosecuting the McCloskeys is a violation of their right to bear arms, and their right to defend their property under Missouri's "castle doctrine" law.

Sorry, but the comment by a Daniel Schuler  who was one of the protesters is not an unbiased third party comment.  To see a video of the smashed gate which was filmed by KSDK TV in St. Louis on the day of the incident go to the internet article at www.ksdk.com  entitled, "St.Louis News: Gate During Central West End Incident..." Author of the article is Sarah Machi.

That's 1:50 AM in Moscow you bumbling clusterfuck.  GMT +4

Wrong again, fuckhead. There is an eight hour time difference between where I live and Moscow right now because we are on daylight savings time in Illinois.

hi dopey. i just checked your video (the one that you refuse to post) and guess what? no evidence of anything at all. simply someone saying that the gate wasn't broken & a reporter showing the gate with a chain on it. that is evidence of NOTHING ! duh!

Crist said his state needs a governor who can lean on medical professionals and not be “too arrogant” to take their advice.

LMAO. Is Crist running as a Democrat or a Republican this time?  He seems to have trouble remembering which party he belongs to.  Maybe this time he'll run as a Martian.

Wrong! Check out the still photo of the gate at the beginning of the the article. The reporter was in front of the gate reporting after it had been repaired and chained shut.
