All of her life until she relocated to that location, she lived where the majority of the population did not observe or celebrate Christmas until January 7th every year. She grew up somewhere where it was that way. Just because she has been somewhere different for the last two and a half years, does not mean that she would be influenced enough to change more than a few of the instilled beliefs or customs of which she was raised in believing.
