I am especially surprised at how quickly RLC has found new residents for this place. The two here could finally be a start for the new beginning with the couple apartments that RLC so desperately needs.

It's the first in a very long time that I have hopes for RLC to maybe rebuild to its former glory some day.

I think they are Gyana's friends that visit Gyana and Dantez quite regularly (the tall guy with the glasses) . and the girl looks a bit like Gyana and every time she visits them I think they are sisters or cousins
