PETA calls on women to go on sex strike to save the world

Organization condemns "toxic masculinity" and stresses that image of male virility in Germany causes an increase in greenhouse gas emissions

APETA, a non-governmental organization for the "ethical treatment of animals", called this Thursday for a sex strike against men who eat meat. The justification is that these are, in part, responsible for the emission of greenhouse gases.

The appeal was made in Germany and caused a strong controversy. Women "must go on a sex strike to save the world," the animal rights group said, with the strike targeting carnivores.

To justify the action, PETA referred to a study, published last year, in the scientific journal Plos One, which showed that men cause 41% more pollution than women... because they eat more meat.

Accusing the men of "toxic masculinity", the organization made a call for forced chastity and even called for not having children, because each child not born would save 58.6 tonnes of CO2 a year.

“We all know them, the suburban parents with beer bottles and barbecue tongs frying 70 cent sausages on their 700 euro grill,” said Daniel Cox of PETA Germany.

Cox further stated that Germans must become vegans to ensure a world worth living in for their children.

If the Leftist idiots would just study some Biology, they would plant trees and lots of them. Stop deforestation. Trees need CO2 to thrive and grow. They absorb the CO2 and give off O2 in return. Instead, they are too worried about cow farts. I would love to see all of Europe become vegans. Send your cows and steers all over to the U.S., where meat prices will then fall, milk will again be $1.00/gallon instead of $4.00/gallon. I'm thinking about the nice fat Angus, rare Rib-Eye that I will be searing on the grille for dinner tonight.

Hey Stone...why isn't there a keyboard shortcut for subscript and superscript? Get on it, old man. You and Admin are slacking off.
