Making an assumption... She can't afford rent (free rent for free fucking on cam) but can afford cosmetic surgery (assuming it was elective surgery). If she did, it's because she can afford it, rent or not. That scenario is frequent at their age. As for another source of income, I hope so (preferable something more "conventional' to build a life on).
