My theory is that RLC "ask" them to get together once in a while.  They have to fill in a quota to be paid. Especially the guys are "asked" to "spice" up the apartments. The girls have a choice. Last time it was Anthony at Lara, liza and Ari's place. Now its in #4 😉

"Go do your work" (or something similar).
