Ich kann das mit "Freunden" nur bestätigen. Ist man nicht mehr nützlich ist eine "Vermeintliche" Freundschaft schnell beendet. Auch zwischen Staaten gibt es keine Freundschaft, sondern nur "ähnliche Interessen". Im Geschäftsleben und in der Politik funktioniert vieles nur mit "Schmiermittel" - einmal mehr und einmal etwas weniger. In der Spitzenpolitik, viel weniger als manche denken. Am meisten Korruption gibt es zwischen Privaten Firmen und öffentlichen Auftraggebern auf der mittleren Beamten-Ebene. Dort wo Ausschreibungen ausgewertet werden und Vergabe-Unterlagen erstellt werden, welche dann von politischen Gremien beschlossen werden. In wie weit Joe Biden angreifbar ist weiß ich nicht. Sein Sohn hat Fehler gestanden und unterscheidet sich gegenüber TRUMP total, der nie einen Fehler einräumt und immer nur weiter lügt. Es geht um Kongress-Besuche am Ende der Welt, 10% Kongress und 90% Urlaub für Chefärzte, Oberärzte, Verwaltungs- und Einkaufsleiter. Manchmal von 2 oder 3 Firmen gleichzeitig. Es geht um "Subvention" für private Baumaßnahmen, Boote, teure Schulungen und Sachspenden, wie teure Medizin-Atlanten, Konzertbesuche mit Flug, Hotel und allem in den Metropolen der Welt. Man glaubt nicht wie erfinderisch Menschen sind. Firmen haben "Preislisten" doch das ist Makulatur. Bis zu einem Drittel der Gesamtkosten ist Aufwand für "Nebenkosten". "Die Arbeiterklasse" geht leer aus und muss schuften und seine Gesundheit ruinieren. Das ist selbst erlebter Kapitalismus in einem Staat in dem es immer noch "gute" Kontroll-Mechanismen gibt - in "Soziale Marktwirtschaft". Viele Ausländer verstehen das Wort nicht Das ist Kapitalismus mit "freier Marktwirtschaft" in dem der Staat sozial verträgliche Grenzen per Gesetze gibt, innerhalb dieser Grenzen Firmen unternehmerisch frei agieren dürfen. In den USA ist das sicher noch viel extremer. In sozialistischen Staaten ist Korruption nicht geringer, Gewinner sind dort Funktionäre, "die Arbeiterklasse" sind dort auch nur dumme Zahlmeister.. Meine Frau hat viele Jahre an der Staatsoper in Litauen gesungen. Das Opernhaus wurde umgebaut. Ihr Tenor-Kollege, der auch Operndirektor war hatte sie mal zu sich nach Hause eingeladen. Sie war überrascht. Alles wie im Opernhaus, gleiche Tapeten, gleiche Fußböden, gleiche Sanitär-Einrichtung, gleiche Gardinen - eine Zweigstelle vom Opernhaus. Hier oder dort - System ist egal - bei allen Geschäften über 1.000 Euro fallen "Nebenkosten" an, "Vermittlungs-Provision" ...... und alle diese anderen Ferkeleien welche den Staat ruinieren. Wie gesagt bei Politikern gibt es auch schwarze Schafe, doch das ist von der Masse der Korruption eher gering.
