Who cares if they smoke simple tobacco or some weed? Or the place were they do it (or not)? 

It's tolerated in Spain anyway. People (especially when younger) smoke weed in the open, too. Certainly in parks, on balconies etc. And not just in Spain, but pretty much all over Europe that is not a provincial small village (& even then). Since the late 1960s/70s, & more widespread since the early 1990s.

And guess what: society didn't collapse. Some people need to stop pearl clutching over this actually rather common phenomenon. I'm not sure about you, but some people on here are apt to start a howling & shaming choir over this. Again.
