The '65 Shelby in the previous thread was a bad ass car in it's day. I never really liked them, but I respect their standing in the classic car world. And the 289CID engine was practically bullet proof. It sits on the same plane as the Mopar 318 and the GM 283. They just keep running with minimal maintenance.
