She has great assets but doesn't know how to 'use' them. But that's often the case with some girls: they're very beautiful but they don't know it! On the other hand, many imagine themselves to be so beautiful when they're really not. As a woman, I can't stand 'swollen' lips and breasts that no longer look 'natural'.
