The translator returned the word boss and that's why it said in Italian obviously. Whether it was an administrator, boss or even the cleaner on the cellphone...the translator said boss. No, Masha told Babi that that was her boss/admin whatever you prefer on the cellphone and that she was not joking when her boss apparently called the police. Bear in mind it is just a translator so again like some of the information often posted on here it is not even 75% least to say 100% accurate and I'm only going by what the translator returned in my language from Italian.
