And things being so still everywhere in Barcelona is strange. 1 year ago, when the atmosphere was similar, they cleaned out the tenants and brought in new ones. I hoped the same thing would happen again this year but it doesn't look like anything will change

And Dayana had been talking openly about leaving for a month before that, so it's not like it should have been a surprise to RLC. The inability or unwillingness to bring in new tenants more frequently has killed these apartments. My sub expired and I don't see any point in renewing unless things change significantly.

When everyone mostly comes from Russia and Ukraine it's not all that easy getting out of those places to travel anywhere.
