He means "Madison is left with" (Madison remains with), not "Madison left with" (Madison departed with).

Unless he retrieved them at some point, IIRC Wolf had stored two large suitcases with costumes and associated bondage paraphernalia in the corner of the wardrobe seen in 3-1.  It is the door to the left of the mirror.

Good luck to Marilyn and her baby. She was great at the start but then got bored of her probably because of her gym bf. Anyway, it was time for her to leave the project anyway. We won't be seeing her bf as well so that's a plus as well.

Think Madison needs to occupy her sister's bedroom in case a male tenant is coming.
