When we found out about Xlife, in less than 24hs K&K were removed from the site. H&Z were still online. Few days latter it went UM. If the closing of the apartment is related to XLife why keep this apartment listed for so long UM? To me XLife seems to be a site that focus on permanent tenants, apart from Rachel and Angie, why removing the only Roommates apartment would be related with the integration with RLC? To me, it doesn't make sense. Maybe when XLife is integrated with RLC we will lose the Villas and B1, B2 and B5 will become Roommates/Couples but not On Vacation. Maybe that's why B5 only has one couple for this long. H&Z are still UM on Xlife, which can mean they migh have forgotten to remove it from RLC. And maybe K&K didn't want to stay on Xlife. We don't know everything that's going on behind what we see. And as for B5, if it's like you're saying, then the second bedroom with a couple size bed doesn't make sence, unless it becomes a permanent guest room or second roommates' room. Only they know until we see any relevant changes.
moos54
RLC always puts in maintenance when there is an external element that should not be seen other than a simple visit from a guest of the participants They put in maintenance when there is work to be done, for example the gov/cov apartments were put in maintenance for several years with each visit of the cleaning lady before a new girl entered the project, which is no longer the case since now They also put in maintenance when there are things that shock their subscribers, such as the argument between Zabava and her boyfriend, RLC having also deleted this episode from the replay or the visit of a minor, this has already happened in several apartments over the years With each new girl, there is also the visit of Bogdan or a third party to explain the terms and functioning of the apartment and the presence of the cameras, in general, they also put this in maintenance but sometimes there are some oversights, in the past we have already seen Nora with papers and explaining to the newcomer how it worked, more recently we have could see the same thing with Bogdan with the arrival of Karma in B4 Now regarding this apartment, Sambuka and Harley were about to leave the apartment before the apartment went into maintenance, it smells like an unexpected visit from an outside person, I doubt that this is the work of RLC You should know that RLC is not necessarily the owners of the apartments, for example by listening to Martina and Alberto we could understand that they had a landlady and that her agreement was needed before changing the sofa in the living room I also remember that the cat of a girl in B2 was not allowed to stay in the apartment by the owner and I suppose that it is probably the same thing with the rabbit at Elli and Sayn's Now if an owner decides to stop renting his apartment, RLC has no choice but to put it in maintenance for a while and probably work on a solution regarding the girls living in the apartments We have already had the case of girls who had to change of apartments because of complaints from the neighborhood (Harley was already in this story) But we must also take into account the context of the moment, Zabava was asking herself a lot of questions about her professional and personal life with the possibility of joining her boyfriend in Germany, I suppose that RLC must also take into account the participants' desire to know if they want to continue or not This is only my opinion but I have the impression that people are looking for things that are too complicated when things seem rather simple

StnCld316
The departure of Harley and Zabava was not due to RLC's actions. It was the landlord who involved the police to evict them. The specific reason remains unknown, but typically such situations are attributed to noise complaints. 1

That sucks, I don't recall them playing music loud or being that noisy, late night noise could be the answer.
