As I understand from the CC comments, this was a birthday party at B-7 that Massi threw for himself, and invited some girls he apparently did not know before tonight.

The only explanation I can offer for this is that Massi is on the RLC payroll, and is paid an appearance fee whenever he is at an RLC villa or apartment.  (I think Wolf may have a similar arrangement.  I also think it very likely that Taylor was paid for her month-long stay pleasuring Ulyana.)  IMO, RLC paid for tonight's party, not Massi.  Whatever one may think of Massi, he is not a financial fool.

If this was truly a birthday party that Massi paid for and organized, he very likely would have invited former tenants of B-4 and B-2 with whom he was friendly and not a bunch of complete strangers.
