Who knows? It could be for any number of reasons. Maybe Paul doesn't like Leora's group of friends, or maybe he isn't interested in going out with them, It could be anything. Leora didn't hang out with Paul's friends in Russia, either.

They could always pack up and head back to Russia for the long haul. After all, with the 10 to 15 year wait to become a Czech citizen, they’ve still got a marathon ahead before earning those permanent residency bragging rights.

This is my speculation as to what Leora might be doing when she is away from Paul and RLC. Could be supplementing her RLC earnings while "gettin' some" much needed action at the same time.

I've never seen Paul with any friends, he has no personality. How many years has he been in Prague no friends
