I have been told that Leo has citizen status in the CZR and always did ???

Getting Czech citizenship through standard naturalization requires at least 10 years of continuous legal residence, plus an application process that takes about 12 to 18 months. Leora has not been in the Czech Republic for 10 years.

To obtain permanent residency in the Czech Republic, you generally need to reside legally in the country for 5 consecutive years with a long-term visa or temporary residence permit. The application must be made in person at an office of the Czech Ministry of the Interior.

Main Requirements

Residence Period: 5 consecutive years of temporary stay (for citizens of non-EU countries).

Language Test: Proof of basic knowledge of Czech (level A1/A2).

Insurance and Finances: Proof of means of subsistence and maintenance of public or comprehensive health insurance.

Absence Limits: No long periods of absence from the country (absences cannot exceed the legal limits allowed per year).

Application Steps

Appointment: Schedule an appointment at a local office of the Ministry of the Interior's Migration Department (OAMP).

Documentation: Present a valid passport, proof of address, proof of income, and the result of the Czech language proficiency test. Biometrics: Collection of fingerprints and photo for issuing a permanent residence card, which usually has a validity of 10 years.

These are all things Leora will have already done, given that she has been in Prague for over five years. And Paul will likely be at more or less the same stage.

Interesting. I never seen this girl that stayed with her before Pauls return🤔

It was about a week, maybe less. As I recall, this girl was simply staying at Leora's while waiting to leave for Russia. I doubt she intended to get into RLC.
